Sales Associate - Full Time Seasonal. Available immediately through September. Sales Associates at Fitzgerald’s are passionate riders with a variety of cycling interests. The avid commuter, roadie, downhill-er, xc rider, or racer makes for a great potential sales associate as long as they love to ride and hold no judgments against bikers of other disciplines. Like any neighborhood pub, the quality of the experience is dependent on the personality at the front of the house. Before looking for technical knowledge, we’re out to find people who have fun personalities, can interact with ANYONE who walks through the doors, and thrives in a fast paced environment. If you like to check email while you wait for the next customer to walk through the door… this isn’t the shop for you. Days are spent helping customers with their needs (80% of the time), merchandising the store (10% of the time), and cleaning (10% of the time). The right candidate feels comfortable finding the right product for the customer and selling it to them. Simple… right?

Retail or restaurant experience a plus.
