Here’s the deal. We are a retail establishment, so obviously we want to sell you stuff so we can make money. The better we are at our job the more great cycling you can enjoy. So how can we be better at our job? By choosing to sell products that our customers want, and we feel are of high quality. But wait, there’s more. We also want to treat each of our customers with respect and make them feel welcome at our shop. So, you buy more great cycling stuff and receive the highest level of customer service and you are more fortunate.

Still with me? Then there’s our employees. Sorry, we actually value them more than you. We try extremely hard to provide long lasting employment opportunities for our staff. How? We pay them really well because you all keep buying more stuff. In fact did you know that we pay our employees a 1% bonus based on GROSS sales every month. We call it 1% For Our People. We also have a Retirement Plan and soon to come Health Care Benefits. But it’s way more than that. Working at Fitzgerald’s is like being part of a family. Actually it’s probably better than most families. You spend most of your at time at work, so you better like it or you better move on to something else. So in a nut shell, our employees are Fortunate to work here and we’re fortunate to have them!
