   My husband and I will be visiting in Sept of this year and would like to find out about renting bikes. We are avid cyclist in Ga but have never biked in your area. Up for road or Mt biking. What would be the cost of renting?

   I was in Jackson one Sept. and took the sr canyon route home through Idaho falls, and there was a road bike race going from Jackson through Alpine and over to Victor and Driggs. A hundred miler I think. Is that still going on and could you tell me where to get info for that?

   That was probably the LOTOJA race which is a 206 mile race from Logan, Utah to Jackson. This year LOTOJA is September 8th and you can find the link totheir website through our calendar.    Do you guys rent 29″ Single Speeds?

   I want to come out and ride, climb, bike, tour, raft and camp this summer.

   I am used to riding a SS and would like to rent the same.

   If I am traveling mid to late september, will some of the trails be shut down already?

   I know this depends, but typically does September snow shut down the trails?

    There will still lots of riding in mid to late September. It certainly can snow during September, but generally when it does snow in September it doesn’t stick around very long.
