We will meet at the Red Road Parking area and ride from there. All riding levels welcomed.

Fat Bike Demos and rentals will be available, please contact the store for more details.

Group ride starts at 10 am, please be prepared for all kinds of weather and carry a spare tube and fix it kit.

Annual Sand Dunes Winter Kick-off Party

Join us on a choose-your-own-adventure dune ride on Saturday, November 16 for our fat bike season kick-off BBQ, ride and campfire hangout.

Party starts at Noon. We have the grill -- bring your own food and drinks.

We will have a limited amount of fat bikes to borrow for the day. Bikes are first come, first serve.

This is a great way to explore a regional Idaho treasure, experience the versatility of your fat bike and meet others in the community!

Join the Greater Yellowstone Coalition and Fitzgerald’s Bicycles for a slideshow presentation by two local cyclists who rode bikes around the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem earlier this summer. Hear their stories as well as the perspective they gained during this two week adventure.

Refreshments provided and GYC staff will briefly speak about their work in the region.

Full Moon Fat Bike Ride on the Dunes

Fitzgerald’s advocate Brooke Harkness will be leading a night ride on the dunes Saturday, October 12th at 7 pm.

We mill meet at the red road parking area off Red Road to the right just past the Sand Hills Resort. A 4 inch tire and lights are required and cold weather gear is recommended. We will meet at the parking area starting at 6:30 pm and leave by 7 pm. The group will be divided into a novice 2-3 mile (approximately 1 hour) novice ride and a 8-10 mile ride (approximately 2 hour) advanced ride. Weather permitting watch the FB page for updates.

"Music for Free" Movie Screening

In the summer of 2018, musician Ben Weaver and filmmaker Keenan DesPlanques took on the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route on the Music for Free tour. Riding self-supported with instruments and camera gear, they stopped for 16 scheduled performances along the 3,000-mile route, which stretches from Banff, Alberta, Canada to Antelope Wells, New Mexico. The film documents their beautiful journey down this iconic American corridor, exploring wilderness, what it means to be wild, and examining the common denominators we all hold dear as human beings who share this planet.

The Decoster Trail at the north end of Teton Valley needs some much-needed work. One of the more rugged, backcountry mountain bike trails in the region could use some love and Mountain Bike the Tetons and Teton Mountain Bike Alliance are teaming up to make it happen.

Please bring bear spray, close-toed shoes, gloves and water. Pizza, beer and beverages will be provided by one of our awesome local sponsors!

Around The Rock

This is an annual ride of passage, leaving from Fitzgerald’s Bicycles each year on the Solstice Weekend. We’ll head clockwise around The Rock (The Grand Teton) on a 50/50 mix of gravel and pavement. 154 miles, 6000 feet of climbing and TOTALLY doable for the average fit rider. Whether you ride for speed or ride for the accomplishment it doesn’t matter. The beers taste just as good after!

This self-supported, 154-mile mixed-terrain cycling adventure is a RIDE OF PASSAGE and sure to challenge anyone who takes it on!
