I have been having the bike for 13 months. I purchased it when it first came out. I fell for it because it was light and the color. I got black with lime green writing. I ride only 40 to 50 miles a week, average speed 15 miles per hour. I use it for exercise to get heart rate up. It does that. I think the seat is good and the breaking system does its job. Overall, satisfied.

I love this bike. I have had it now for about 7 months and it has been a great time. Trek considers this to be an entry-level road bike. However, entry-level from all other brands are usually aluminum frames. This is a carbon fiber frame, making it as light of a bike as some of the more expensive road bikes out there. That said, I have had to get the shifting cables tightened a few times, which may be normal. The seat is mediocre and I upgraded that and I replace the Tiagra brake pads with Ultra and it is much better and more responsive. Even adding the slight upgrades, this bike is still worth every penny and is a great investment.
Comments:
I'm moderate level rider, Avg. 20 mile speed 16.8-17.3mph. The bike handles great and exceeds my expectations.

Got this bike about a month and half ago. So far I have to say I love this bike. Fun to ride it really likes to go. The shifting so far is great and smooth. Would have liked disc brakes but for the cost could in no way expect them. For me this was an upgrade from a 10 year old aluminum Allez so the difference is night and day.

Overall I love the bike so far. Rides well and is a blast to ride. The only issue I have is I wish they would have really committed to the blue and white color scheme. The Gray frame is nice but think it would have been nice if they made the frame blue. As for the ride the bike was responsive the wheels were solid on the road and turns with out feeling like I had to work to get them going.

Retirement present to myself. Traded up from a Fuji aluminum frame to the Trek carbon frame. I have another carbon frame and once you go carbon, you don't go back.

Retirement gift to myself. Good deal on my Fuji trade-in. Started out with size 58cm and it didn't feel right. No problem with returning the bike for size 60cm. Good fit, smooth and fast ride and will be better when change to a comfortable saddle. I like comfort and speed at my own pace.

This bike is awesome! I have already racked up nearly 600 miles in 2 months on this bike. It accelerates, climbs, and handles very well. The black and white color scheme looks great.
