Its best feature is how easy it is to fold/unfold the carrying arms and to tilt the main arm to open the back door of my Highlander. I've owned it 6+ years and it still looks like new. I've kept it installed on the car for the whole time and often carry 2-3 bikes (bought the security bolt). Have not tried loading 4 bikes - will be a bit tight. Only con is that tilting the main arm with bikes loaded requires a lot of strength so I try not to do it.
