This is a great solution for canti brakes sets that have no quick release either at the brake or in the lever. Most Shimano canti brakes come this way and are a bear to open, but once you spice this in the line TA DA! tire changes become quick and easy. I put two on my X-cross frame and it was one of the best upgrades I've ever made to a bike. They are pricey, but they are also built to last and have a tension adjuster built in, a two-fer!
