Great product and easy to use. I don't know long-term quality but so far so good.

With a growing family I needed the ability to cart around 4 bikes and this bike rack does exactly that. It's light-weight, appearance looks great, and works just like it is intended too. I have used it will all 4 bikes on it and never felt as if I needed to check it. The tilt feature works great to still be able to get items or the dog in/out of the vehicle while leaving the rack on the vehicle. Being able to buy a quality product like this one from Saris, I know I won't have the need for another one in the future as this one will keep doing its job.

I bought this rack about a month ago and it has been a great value! It came assembled and easy to install and is built quite well considering the price. The only thing I wish it came with is straps for the front wheel to keep it in place.

Affordable and stoked it is made in USA, but hard to fit any smaller frames on towards the inside of the rack.

I have a small car and wanted something that could carry 4 bikes. Since this bike rack is so lightweight compared to other 4 bike carriers it works well with a 1 1/4 inch hitch. The first time I slid it on the hitch, it was difficult to get all the way on. The same with removing it, for the first time. It required quite a bit of force. Though, the second time I put it back on, it was much easier to get on and off. So, if you have this problem, it'll probably get better with time, but it worried me at first. Also, another negative is that if you have the arms in the down position when it's not in use, the tighteners do not tighten the arms down 100% tight. I am able to move the arms on the smooth surface versus them being engaged on the grooves. I figured out a way of slightly having them on the grooves while still having them away from the bumper. I love the rack overall and would've got the same one if I were to make the purchase again. It's great that I can manage with one hand to bring the rack down and open the hatchback. Other racks, I imagine with the weight that you couldn't manage. Overall, the pros are the weight and low profile. The ratcheting straps can be a pain but, I will say, that difficulty means that it's staying put.

I've had this rack for about 6 months now, and it has been great; I can confidently a few bicycles and not feel like i have to keep checking to be sure they aren't left on the highway somewhere. My friends say I have a great rack! That being said, the yellow lever to lower the rack for accessing the hatch broke. It's still usable, but one of the sides broke off so it's a little uncomfortable to use now. The only other complaint I have is raising and lowering the arms where the bikes mount to can be a little tricky as one of the sides sticks and needs to be wiggled to loosen it. I'm really happy with this rack!

I bought this last year to transport mostly my kids bikes back and forth from summer daycare and scout camps. It is easy to take on and off. I did get the hitch lock too. I had one of the plastic side end caps break when the hitch was dropped and the company sent me new replacement caps right away for free which was wonderful!!

When I want to get on the bike and ride, but not at home, I keep the Rack on my cars' hitch and just GO. No fuss, no muss.
