I used this on a 95 degree day that was hellishly humid. No cramps or dehydration issues. I highly recommend this product.

Absolutely wonderful for replacing electrolytes during heavy-sweat activities. Taken during activities, it will prevent the shakes even when it's 100+ outside, and will cure them very quickly if taken afterwards. I've found it helpful to take one before a race starts to get ahead of the curve, and then 1-2 per hour after that.

Keeps my legs fresh and from cramping in long summer rides in 100-degree-plus Florida heat. And that was a huge problem for me. My legs feel fresher and stronger and don't cramp. Take a couple every hour after two hours after the ride and avoid the sharp cramps that can nail you during the day. Highly recommended for long, hot rides when you are going to shed serious electrolytes. Otherwise, just drink gatorade.

I used these on two rides last year. Before I had them, I would start to really die out around 50-60 miles. I noticed a HUGE difference on my next two rides of over 100 miles. At the 80-90 mile mark, I was still pumping like I was at the 20 mile. I love these things. I will never drink Gatorade again. All you need is water with these in your pocket in a baggie of course. If you eat on the ride, eat light and take a couple of these. Good to go!

They're the best to prevent cramps in long and hard races. But, they will get destroyed in pockets if they're unprotected by a bag or something.
