I am newer to cycling, my wife and I went to the local store and picked up a couple of Trek FX bikes. We figured we would use them to get out of the house from time to time and ride on the local trails. I needed a way to get the bikes home and around town so the very helpful staff recommended the Yakima super joe pro. I went for the 3 bike version in case a friend or family memeber wanted to come along. Wow I'm impressed with how easy it is to install and remove and how sturdy it is with 3 bikes on it. It was a little tricky getting all the pedals and handlebars aligned with 3 bikes but in under 10 mins the rack was installed on our car and all 3 bikes were safetly stowed and ready for our trip. The rack and bikes stay safetly attached to the vehicle, I didn't notice any movement of the bikes or rack. This has included highway speeds, gravel drives and everything in between. Only had the bikes and rack about 2 weeks but the quality seems very good. Lastly I am very happy I went with this rack over another option as this has rubber straps which hold the bikes in place very well. The other model we looked at had plastic straps and I fear they would have let the bikes move around a bit more. Happy with my purchase on the truck rack.
