Sad to see them close out Lowstep, Love the bike

Pros:
Versatile, Lightweight, Durable, Comfortable, Stylish
Cons:
Best Uses:
Leisurely Rides, Uneven Surfaces, Street Riding
I bought this bike over a year ago, now I see Trek is no longer selling these. So sad. I love this bike. For people with bad knees, older adults, they still want to ride a bike and not feel like they will fall. I hope another bike manufacturer will make a foot forward bike. Townie makes a bike like this, but vmore money. I highly recommend this bike.

I love my Pure

Pros:
Versatile, Lightweight, Comfortable, Durable, Stylish
Cons:
Best Uses:
Street Riding, Light Trails, Commuting, Leisurely Rides
I have 3 bikes which 2 are Treks. My husband put a motor on the Trek 7300 so we can take it camping and do the big hills. Then this past winter I bought my Pure. I just love this bike. I ride this bike all the time. I bought the 7 speed Pure so I can enjoy the hills around my town. I go out at 6am every morning and ride for an hour. There are times when I even take a bike ride in the evening. This bike is very comfortable and light weight. I don't get sore shoulders or sore knees riding my Pure. One reason why my other Trek has a motor is because I have bad knees. Thank you so much for this bike. I'm 69 years old and with this bike I will be able to enjoy a bike ride for a long time.

Terrific comfortable cool bike PURE

Cons:
NONE
Best Uses:

Excellent choice for a female bike enthusiast, who wants to ride in the city or town, on major roadways, overpasses, gravel roads, quiet roadways in residential areas, and feel safe, secure on the bike, having a terrific comfortable ride. The bike is strong, yet not heavy to carry; the bike is easy to shift 7 gears as needed; braking system is strong and smooth, and easy to use with both hands, separately or together. Bike pedals are strong and reflectors aid nighttime driving. Comfortable seat made of leather, well designed, and easily removed.

Great Ride

Pros:
Versatile, Durable, Looks Great, Lightweight
Cons:
None
Best Uses:
Road Biking
I am 66 years old and have not ridden a bike in 50 years. I am having a ball riding 1/2 hour to 1 1/2 hours daily every day. The bike looks sharp and rides nice too. No fear of falling off. Feet placement flat to ground to prevent. Easy to get on and off. Could not be happier.

Comfortable!

Pros:
Easy to clean, Durable, Less Tiring To Ride, Easy To Pedal, Lightweight, Well-Balanced, Easy On Knees And Back, More Upright Sitting
Cons:
None
Best Uses:
Paved Trail, Family Outings, Excursions, Commuting/City, shopping, Road Biking
Not since I was six years of age has it been so easy and comfortable to cycle! Does NOT exacerbate back and knee ailments; in fact riding my Trek Pure S Lowstep is improving both. The placement of the pedals in relation to the seat and handlebar enables rider to keep more upright position. So comfortable I don't want the ride to end!

Great Bicycle

Pros:
Durable, Lightweight
Cons:
Best Uses:
Road Biking
This is a great bicycle and so easy to ride. The seat is very comfortable from the git go - no need to "get used to it" The pedals sit forward and you won't get tired riding it. I would recommend this to seniors, children, women, someone who loves to ride a bicycle but does not want one for competing.
