Cleat compatibility information

The Look/SPD-SL bolt pattern is three holes forming a triangle on the base of your shoe. The Speedplay bolt pattern is four holes forming a rectangle on the base of your shoe. Note: X-Series cleats and pedals are not compatible with other Speedplay pedal systems.

Magic... night and day!

I saw many reviews noting how awesome these pedals were for those with knee problems. After doing all the things (bike fit, physical therapy, cortisone shot, etc) I was still having pain. I bought these pedals on Friday night and went out Sat on a 55 mile ride with 3700+ elevation gain and NO pain. The 25º of float in these pedals was a lifesaver for me. Not to mention dual sided entry, lightweight, etc. Love these pedals!!!
