Bike stolen. Not much protection
Pros:
Easy to Use, Versatile
Cons:
Not Secure Enough, Weak
Best Uses:
Left the bike at the train station overnight. The bike was gone in the morning. Not sure how they got through the lock but they did. In a pretty public place with no trace of broken lock or bike parts. In this case the lock just was a plain fail.

returning it to the store
Pros:
Cons:
Hard to Use
Best Uses:
The lock itself was impossible to close and to open. If I had actually locked my bike with it, my bike would still be there as the numbers locked up and would not turn. Would not have the leverage while on the bike to actually open the lock. The coiled nature of the lock is annoying.

A Perfect Lock For Short Term Parking...
Pros:
Versatile, Easy to Use, Durable, Lightweight
Cons:
Best Uses:
Mountain Bikes, Road Bikes
I purchased this lock as it was exactly what I needed. A simple non-key lock to use while I run in a store or grab a quick bite to eat. I would never use this lock on a city street for over an hour, but if you need a lock that is strong, no key needed and secure for short term parking... this is a good choice. Go with a Kryptonite U-Lock if you are leaving your bike on the street out of sight for hours at a time. But for short term locking, this is your lock.

too easily defeated
Pros:
Cons:
Hard to Use, Weak
Best Uses:
I can break these with a deadblow hammer in 1-3 strikes. Leverage attacks are also easy. I don't recommend it if you have any bikes worth keeping.
