This part works well with my trainer and fit right on my bike. It's nice to be able to get a workout in all types of weather. I also enjoy being able to read during my workout.

Skewer is fine
Pros:
Easy To Set Up
Cons:
Best Uses:
The skewer works fine, but the trainer I use it with (Magnus) seems to loosen the skewer each time I set my bike up. A couple of times the rear wheel has come out of my frame during hard efforts. The last time it bent the skewer, so I had to buy this new one.

Bought a used trainer that didn't come with the skewer. This was relatively cheap, delivered quickly, and does exactly what it is supposed to do.

CycleOps makes knee rehab at home easy!
Pros:
Easy To Use, Easy To Set Up, Rehabilitation
Cons:
Best Uses:
Rehabilitation, Weight Loss
I initially got my CycleOps Fluid 2 trainer for home exercise using my current mountain bike. Swapped rear tire to a road tire for less spinning noise and switched out rear spindle. I now use the spindle and trainer with my bike for home rehab after knee surgery. I lost my original CycleOps spindle after forgetting to remove it from another bike I sold, and the inexpensive and easy to replace CycleOps spindle makes having a second dedicated rear wheel for spinning a breeze if your bike has non-road tires.

Getting on the trainer
Pros:
Easy To Use
Cons:
Best Uses:

I got this and a training tire. It's awesome. I like that power has to be applied at all times, unlike when I'm on the road. I hope this will help my bike times when I compete.

basic skewer, but needed for cycleopes trainer.
Pros:
Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use
Cons:
Best Uses:
it's nice not to scrape up a good skewer. Use the CycleOps training skewer, it was meant for metal to metal contact.

Utter Rubbish
Pros:
Cons:
Not Effective, Difficult To Use
Best Uses:
Obviously this was never intended to be used on a bicycle with Breezer style dropouts. The lever attachemnet nut gets in the way. Come on Cycleops....your trainers are great. Why can't you supply a quick release built to the same standards?

Easy replacement
Pros:
Cons:
Best Uses:
Lost my skewer in a move and tried to get away with using the normal skewer, but instantly realized this really facilitates the easy of clamping the trainer to my bike so definitely worth the price..
