The Answer To Cars Giving Cyclist More Room On The Road?

Haul around a kid trailer! It’s amazing. Today Jill and I rode from Victor to Alta, WY hauling our dogs in kid trailers. We headed to the Darby Dash Fun Jour, a fundraiser for low cost spays and neuters and a emergency veterinary relief fund for the animals of Teton Valley. Aside from having a fabulous ride and an amazing time with our doggies…we realized how much room cars give you when they see a kid trailer ahead (it was amusing to see their faces once they realized it was dogs in the trailers…).

Jill and I decided why not always train with the trailers. Maybe not always with a 60 pound dog it in…but hey, it’s all training for the big one. We are looking forward to the first Teton Pass climb with trailer in tote. We can’t wait for Fitzgerald’s Bicycles to issue team trailers…paint job and all! Maybe even titanium trailers so you still get the safety effect without much added weight! Never again do you have to get brushed by an automobile. Yeah, yeah, we are brilliant…feel free to thank us in person!

St Patty’s Day Recap

What a day! We had a great Sale event at the shop and a wildly fun fundraiser at the Brew Pub for KHOL Community Radio. Overall we raised almost $1500 for Community Radio! Thanks to all our vendors who helped kick in prizes for the Wheel of Fortune:
