We recognize that not every item you purchase from us may be the right item for you.  We accept returns within 30 days of purchase with the receipt.  Items must be in original packaging and be in new condition.  We do not accept returns of demo bikes, sale or clearance items. Buyer pays for return shipping unless Fitzgerald's Bicycles made an error in shipping.
